Jewel Labs Studio is a beta demonstration of AI tools for the diamond and jewelry trade, operated by Jewel Labs ("Jewel Labs", "we", "us"). By accessing the studio you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the studio.

The service

The studio provides three demonstration tools (compliance, rendering, and cut optimization) plus a chat assistant. It exists to show how the work is done. It is not a commercial filing, appraisal, brokerage, or pricing service, and no client relationship is created by using it.

Beta access and fair use

The beta grants three free runs per tool per device for evaluation. Do not use the studio to misrepresent the origin of goods, to evade sanctions or trade rules, to submit unlawful content, to overload or probe the service, or to present its outputs as certified or official documents.

Outputs are indicative

Every figure, render, cut plan, and statement the studio produces is an indicative estimate for demonstration. Nothing here is legal advice, a customs filing, a certified appraisal, or a price quotation. Diamond values are estimates, not a Rapaport quote. Due diligence statements are prepared for human review and signature; the named signatory confirms and files them, and remains responsible for what is filed. Anything ambiguous goes to review, never guessed.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The beta is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jewel Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made on the basis of beta outputs. Features may change or stop without notice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

What we collect

The studio has no accounts and collects no personal information on our servers. Your free trial counts and any recent results are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never leave your device. We set no cookies and run no advertising or analytics trackers.

What your inputs touch

When AI features are enabled on a deployment, the text or images you submit to a tool or to the chat are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the answer, subject to Google's API terms. When AI is not enabled, the tools run entirely in your browser. Please do not submit confidential or personal information in the beta. Live metal prices are fetched from public market feeds directly by your browser; we do not log them.

Your control

Because nothing is stored on our servers, clearing your browser data removes everything the studio kept. For any privacy question or request, contact us below.

Our rights

The studio, its source code, design, copy, the Jewel Labs mark, and all related intellectual property are owned by Jewel Labs and protected by law. No rights are transferred to you by using the beta.

What you may do

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the studio for evaluation. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it, remove or alter any notices, or present its outputs as certified documents. We may suspend this license at any time.

Third-party components

The studio uses third-party services under their own terms, including Google Fonts and the Google Gemini API. Their use is governed by their respective licenses.
